Just a few years ago you were in great shape.
So, what happened?
You got busy, you got more responsibilities, you got more stress – life, that’s what happened. Now you’ve lost the same 20 to 40 pounds for the last 10 years.
Life is different from when you were younger. You can’t really workout and eat like you use to – late night fast food runs, pints of Ben and Jerry’s, and all nighters with the boys drinking beer or wine with your girl friends are out of the question. You’re eating more junk food and drinking more alcohol because it’s convenient and it relieves stress too.
Changing eating and nutrition habits along with getting more sleep and reducing stress levels are you number one priorities. But you’ve got a lot on your plate.
