In grad school one of my professors would sound a bull horn anytime you uttered the words um, ugh, or any resemblance of them. Well Dr. Cellini, if you’re reading this by chance I apologize for the video – you’d have my ass for it.
Ok, now that that’s out of the way, I can get to today’s 2 minute tip. This one is actually about 5 minutes but it’s well worth the watch.
I recently received an email from someone asking this:
“Justin, I just started the paleo diet and I’m hungry all the time. What can I do to help with the hunger? Any paleo snack ideas?”
Even if you’re not following the paleo diet today’s video should help you out. For anyone that is struggling with feeling hungry all the time there is one big thing you can do that can help with this problem.
